OUR HISTORY

In October of 1997, Nextel launched in San Antonio, Texas. It was then when I, Selina Escobar, began as a direct sales representative at the Nextel Corporate office. By late 1998, I had started Communication Headquarters (commHQ) which became the Indirect Authorized Nextel Representative that we know today. Slowly, more cellular carriers began approaching commHQ to be indirect agents, such as Sprint PCS as a Small Business Dealer, Voicestream through the QDI Distributors, Cingularthrough Progressive Concepts (a reseller for Cingular), and Verizon Wireless.

Our sole mission is to match the best cellular service to our customers needs and provide superior customer support that you, the customer, demand. When you buy a cell phone from commHQ, You not only have the support of your sales representative, but the support of an entire sales team. We receive over 100 emails a week to keep up with the daily changes that happen with all 5 of the cellular carriers. We process the information for you to pass it along in simple terms without having to differentiate it on your own. First, we find out what YOU need from a cell phone carrier. Then we provide you with recommendations, and YOU have the final decision. We have all the corresponding service agreements and provide you with equipment activated and programmed all in one location. We also offer high quality accessories for your phone, making us your one stop wireless source. Recently we have added other business services to help save you money. These include business phone lines, long distance service, web site development and hosting, and several other business solutions to better serve you.
